In this tool, the authors implemented an efficient and accurate method for registering the position of image voxels in 3D space. How to use the toolbox: The voxels for the analysis are selected by following the procedure described below. - One image sequence is loaded. - One section (or slice) of the image sequence is selected. - The selected section is displayed with standard BrainStorm (Donders Institute) viewer, and a 3D region of interest (ROI) is determined. - A volume data is loaded (this ROI can be also loaded through an external file or selected from the original ROI) and a script performs the following procedure: - Creates a 2D data matrix by 2D scaling the image data along the x and y directions. - The voxels that were not included in the original volume are removed, and the resulting voxels are stored in a file. - The following steps are applied to the data matrix: o Implementation of the "Surfing" algorithm. o Image voxels are selected from the data matrix. o A different color is assigned to each voxel depending on the best match to the mask. o A "flattened" image is created, with the same resolution as the original image, from the image voxels that match the mask. - A 3D visualization is performed (through the plugin BrainViewer in Matlab) with the data matrix (selected by "Surfing") and the flatten data matrix as input. - The voxels that are out of the ROI are removed from the data matrix. o The procedure is repeated with the remaining voxels. All surfers are defined as a collection of image-data samples that are spatially normalized. When a new data sample is added, it is stored in the data structure as a sample vector. Image samples are stored in a 3-D matrix. Each row represents a sample, and each column represents a spatial coordinate. The first row (in the image data) is called the reference row and is a sample of interest in the data set. The other rows are called surfing samples. The number of surfing samples is called the surfing level. The image data is centered on the reference sample by translation. To achieve a smooth variation, and to keep the data simple, the data matrix is cropped in the direction orthogonal to the reference

Multiply, mirror, invert, and rotate your drawings. Mirror and rotate your drawing with a single click, making it easy to edit and reuse your creations. Change your drawing orientation to landscape or portrait easily. Replace imported and reoriented drawing elements with your own drawing elements or add your own drawing elements with AutoCAD. View and modify your drawings’ underlying geometric data, such as grid lines and dimension lines. Insert annotation frames, arrows, text, and symbols into your drawings, so you can add rich and dynamic content to your drawings. Make your drawings look like Postscript or PDF files, so you can view your drawings with Adobe Reader. Introducing the power of CAD-ready PDF: Integrate your drawings into PDF documents, and it’s ready to be viewed, edited, and reused in CAD. After importing a PDF into AutoCAD, you can view, annotate, and edit any of your drawings in the document without having to reimport. (video: 7:19 min.) This new release provides better integration between AutoCAD and PDF files. You can import drawings into a PDF document, and they’re ready for further edits and use in AutoCAD. You can use your own drawing elements as well as CAD-ready drawing elements in the PDF. You can even make changes to your original CAD drawings, and the changes are automatically updated in your PDF. While CAD-ready PDF documents are highly integrated with AutoCAD, you can choose not to import any drawings into your PDF document, and your CAD drawings continue to work as before. AutoCAD for iPad, iPhone, and Android AutoCAD for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone now support real-time collaborative 2D drawing and annotation. With 2D drawing and annotation on the go, your users can comment on any drawing on the go, and you can continue to modify the drawing while still in the field or on the go. After a drawing is created, the comment is automatically annotated on the drawing. You can also send and respond to comments with 1:1 text chat or add text, symbol, and line annotations. Your participants can view, edit, or delete any of their annotations and make their own changes directly in the drawing. Existing users of AutoCAD on iOS and Android will see their existing edits and annotations sync
